This policy explains, in plain language, what information Obelisk Publishing, LLC, a Colorado company ("we" or "us"), collects through obeliskpublishing.com and our marketing tools, and how you can ask us to delete it.
This website does not collect personal data on its own. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through our contact form or mailing list signup. Contact form messages (your name, email address, and message) are used only to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it.
We advertise our books with Facebook and Instagram ads from Meta, and we measure sales with Amazon Attribution. When you see or click one of these ads, Meta and Amazon may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. You can learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy and the Amazon Privacy Notice.
If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address, your first name if you give it, and which books or stories you're interested in. We use this only to email you about new books and related news from Obelisk Publishing. We never sell or share your information.
Our list is run by MailerLite, which stores and sends our emails on our behalf as a data processor. You can read the MailerLite Privacy Policy. MailerLite may record whether our emails are opened or clicked so we can tell what readers find useful.
You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing us, and we'll remove you.
We use a Facebook app only to manage our own company's ads and the comments on our own Facebook Page. The app does not collect or store data about Facebook users.
To ask us to delete any information we hold about you, email alexkvoorhees@gmail.com. We will delete it on request and confirm by email once it is done.
